How can I create rituals that truly feel supportive for me?

This one is, oof...

I've always wanted to be one of those pagans who has a daily practice, who feels confident in what they do, who has a beautiful Book of Shadows that was flawless and just had so much confidence in what they're doing.

Its been over a decade and I'm still not there. I still want to be. I want to be someone who has their life together in general. I'm hoping for more mental bandwidth once I'm back to my "regular" position at work and not on the mat leave coverage where I've wanted to cry, quit, or murder every day for almost a year.
