-Brief Bio: started studying tarot & astrology in 1974, officially became a Pagan in 1984, have been learning and studying and, eventually, teaching ever since; I write books, poetry, and essays/articles that get published here and there.

Hopping on the Bandwagon

Hi all, I wandered over here to DW from LJ a while back but that ended up being right before life got interesting and I had to be off line for a while there. Since I'm back again and half way de-stressed, might as well introduce myself.

-Name you would like to go by: Gavin or Hey You, either one is fine by me.

-Present path or tradition: I'm dedicated to Hermes, that's really the important part. I've bounced out of ADF druidry and reconstructionism, sort of over here figuring out my own thing now.

-Interests: Writing, religion, travel, horror, lots of weird stuff, etc.

-Age (not mandatory): 29

-Brief Bio: Dark and crusty hermit type, recently transplanted to the west coast (as in within the last couple of months), living with my Apollonian girlfriend and three cats. Found Paganism at nineteen after being agnostic most of my life (my mother attempted to bring me up Catholic, but it never took). Been with Hermes for eight years now, though formal vows were exchanged only three almost four years ago. Recently had most of my life ripped out from under me, broke ties with traditions, toxic people with too much influence over me, almost every idea I had about where I was going and what I was doing. And now I get to rebuild it all again! Wheeee!!!!! (no seriously, I know its all for the best).
