I started with an antique silver spoon, and used jewelry wire to attach several lapis beads to the bowl of the spoon. It's meant to be hung in a breezeway or other area where air moves regularly, to collect that energy. It gathers an average of one spoon's worth of energy per day -- the variation is deliberate, to discourage relying on it, but still make it pretty good as backup.

Chronic illness Relief...

As both a Chronic illness(aids since "85" with all it AND the Med side effects bring)and Chronic Pain patient, I tend to use the Rune Uruz to generally strengthen my body with other Runes added for what's prominent at the moment. Laguz is good for both Blood and Nerve flow problems, Isa for inflammation. Depending on what kind of infection Kenaz(those that form pus) or Fehu(that Fever burns out).
